Ive been seeing Claire Valenzuela at RPK for about 5 months now. She is very knowledgable, experienced and has helped me in every way possible. She is a very friendly and positive person. I have a protruding disc and mild scoliosis. I came in with a pain level 9. With treatment and medication I stay at around a pain level of 3-4 which is great, I can actually function like a normal person. The staff is very friendly and treats me with respect and kindness. The receptionists are always nice and always have a smile on their face. The wait time is short, I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. I've read negative reviews about Dr. Kishbaugh. Personally I have seen him one time to receive shots in my back. He was nice to me. He was fast paced, got the job done, I didn't have any problems with him. I highly recommend this clinic for pain management and lower back problems.

How come nobody writes a good review? Well, I give a thumbs to the staff, nurses and Dr.Kishbaugh at rpk center. I feel the doctor has my best interests in mind at all times. Super friendly! They don't seem to place money over patient care and they work with you. My nurse is also friendly. So I would recommend getting a referral to rpk from your doctor.

1st. David Kishbaugh, D.O. like most "doctors" is very "caring" and "understanding" at first. I received 6 faucet injections in my L3,L4 and L5. I was crying durring and by the end of the procedure and almost jumped off the table during the procedure, due to either his needle misguidance or my injury. At the end of the procedure he asked the nurse what my pain level was "7 or 8" she responded 7. I thought tears was rated as 9 10 on the pain scale? Either way my follow up visit with David Kishbaugh, D.O. he showed his true "caring" colors. He became agitated when he asked " how is your lower back" and I responded "not good". He became even more agitated when I told him that I was given a trial of dilaudid from my primary care at the VA to see if I had a negative response as I have many side effects to a long list of pain killers, noting that Steven T Guse, MD my regular pain doctor at RPK was trying to put me on Opana (which your body motabalisies into extended release dilaudid) which the VA does not carry but that can be approved. Further more Steven T Guse, MD had given me pain medication knowing that I was on a pain contract with the VA as well. If David Kishbaugh, D.O. had stopped yelling about me "violating" my contract agreement I could have explained to him the situation and that one of his own "doctors" knew about the pain contract at the VA and still prescribed me more narcotics. Instead I had to standup and say "I am not going to have a conversation with you in this tone" and walked out. I could not even get a single word in until I stood up. He also made false statements in my medical records. 2nd. Steven T Guse, MD. I never could quite figure him out. He would offer me really strong drugs and when I would refuse to take them he would ask me what do I want. I and I would always state the drug that I did not want to take (because it contains Tylenol) but I could take because I had no reactions to it. He would always leave the room like it was a race to get to the next patient and never give me what we talked about while I was in his office. In conclusion the RPK Center I strongly believe is all about MONEY. They are impatient and can be very rude and inconsiderate. I highly recommend another pain clinic. My procedure was done on February 23, 2011 it is May 17, 2011 and when I get up from this chair I am going to walk like an old man that needs a walker and I am 25 years old. David Kishbaugh, D.O. spinal injection procedure has significantly increased my pain. Thanks DOC.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Bhat and am so sorry he is leaving. He seemed very interest in helping my back pain and concerned when the first two injections did not help. (The 3rd one did help.)
