This place just gets worse and worse as the years go by. Strange people lurk in the parking lot asking for money or try to sell you garbage. Most of the time the store is very disorganized. And never try to shop in the evenings, the aisle are packed with pallets of stuff and you can't even get around them. Customer Service refuses to match pricing on Walmart.com - You have to go online and order the stuff and then pick it up later!!!! Electronics department manager is rude and doesn't follow Walmart's pricing model. There's never any associates available to help you find anything. Also, they removed the price checking scanners. So you have to wait until you get in line to find out the pricing. The auto service center is absolutely horrible. They will pretty much hold your car hostage. It can take 4 hours to get an oil change. It can take even longer to get tires. Never, ever, ever let them touch your car!

Went back to the electronics department to purchase a new phone. Did not see any associates around at the time. I waited at the counter for an associate to return. Brenda returned to the register and did not even make eye contact with me or greet me. Just simply said "He will be right with you." I repeated and pointed, "He will be right with me?". She sighed, rolled her eyes and said "NO I said WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU!" I stepped away from the counter and told her she was rude. She huffed and started punching keys on the register. I will not purchase anything from this store. I drove to Raleigh and purchased a phone.

all of u do realize that walmart requires zero qualifications to get hired. as long as u pass the survey on application and pass drug test. and they dont even have any training. day time has lazy associates. i used to work there at nights, and customers have actually told me that they shop there at night just to receive some sort of customer service.

Took more than 3.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation, 2 cars in front of us. It takes all of 15 minutes to change oil, all of 5 minutes to rotate tires. Noticed ding/dent in driver door when I picked vehicle up. Completely careless and incompetent "employees." Terrible. Beggars all over the parking lot. Better than Skibo Walmart, but not by much at all.

I will NEVER go to this walmart again. They took over four hours to rotate the tires and then tell my wife that they didn't have the oil filter for her Dodge Journey. The assistant manager only offered 10% off a future service after I called to let him know about the horrible service. I attempted to get an oil change/tire rotation today and they managed to delete my vehicle and name off of the warranty that we purchased. They also didn't have enough oil to do a change and the useless attendent couldn't muster the few required brain cells to offer an alternative. She just gave me a blank stare as if I know what oils this walmart keeps in it's inventory. I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to another store before coming here again. In this job market, there is no reason to have enployees this poor of quality. Just goes to show what the management is all about...
