what a crock of #$%$. I am treated like a junkie when I go there even though I have x rays that show my back problems. Ferguson walks out before I am done talking and ignores things I would like addressed. So while I am waiting for him to come in and tell me something instead the nurse comes out ready to walk me out with only one prescription and no further instructions about the problems I was talking about. also I go in on wed and have to have prior authorization from medicaid for a prescription. I am laughed at and told we got this. We do this all the time. Today is Saturday and when I called They couldn t find my chart. When they do they tell me I don t see anything about anything . They said that they will take care of it now when they lied and said it was already taken care of.Plus The good Dr orders bogus allergy tests and x rays to gouge medicaid along with who knows what other bull #$%$ tests just to take advantage OF THE SYSTEM.

Worst place I have ever experienced. No one picks up the phone if you call. No one calls you back. They are rude when you go in. You are better off waiting in the ER @ Cape Fear (and that isn't saying a lot!

I dont have insurance for myself or my child nor do I have any state assistance so I am very thankful to Lakeview and the staff. They are helpful professional and I have never had any problems with them in the 5 years I have been going there.

I have been a long time customer and it pains me to have to Kick Them In The Side but this is my only recourse in dealing with staff that apparently do not want my business. They would not help to resolve insurance issues on their end, over the phone, or in person. And Yes I Do Have Insurance..
