Excellent service. Quality care. Concern for the welfare of the patient. Timely. However; occasionally check in person is a bit too boisterous & loud while discussing personal info with patients checking in. All in lobby are aware of how much person its paying and any extra, or surprise services bring done for that person that day. We are seen by one of the other doctors on staff, NOT Dr.Battersby, thank goodness! While we LOVE our care provider, we've had less than enjoyable experiences with the chief physician in this practice and could not, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone, even someone we didn't really care for. Made statements that were accusatory toward my husband while attending him in local ER. Agreements such as he knew that we were only there for the medication, do he intended to ensure that, at best, we walked away with an anti inflammatory, or Tylenol 3 minus the codeine. My husband has since been properly handled by physicians who CARE about his condition. He had been diagnosed with scoliosis, in addition to a rotated spine, so it not only curves, its also twisted almost 90° toward the front on the right side, causing one leg to be shorter than the other & uneven wearing of the hip sockets. All this was determined after he was told by Dr.Battersby, after NO tests,X-Rays, or MRI's were done St all, that all he wanted was pain medication & he wasn't getting that at all. The Dr.who eventually diagnosed him stated that he had NO idea how he had been able to tolerate the amounts of pain each condition was causing him, let alone how he dealt with them all together. He cleared my husband's record from "seeking" to legitimate injury/condition causing pain and got us on track to finally be able to manage not only the pain, but the condition as a whole. The doctor who now cares for my husband at CO&SS is a specialist in the area of my husband's condition. Excellent care! Concerned for his mental, physical and social well being. Worries about his blood pressure, cholesterol, you name it! Its like having an old time General Practitioner wrapped up in a specialist. Highly recommend Dr. Rustakov to everyone!

Was discharged for having a substance in my system that I was prescribed. They said it wasn't. Issues with getting predictions filled also at some pharmacies. No uinformation given as to why though. Found someone who wanted to treat my condition more than just writing prescriptions
