Every time I go I am very pleased with their service

I first came to this place last year. I thought for a while that I had a cavity because of a little black spot on one of my teeth, but it didn't look bad. I went and got it checked out, and of course had a couple of cavities. I was too scared to go back and have them fixed. About a month ago, I bit down on a peanut and half my tooth broke off. I was in so much pain. I ended up having to have the tooth taken out. Dr. Miller did a great job. No, it wasn't fun, but it was as good as an experience someone can have when they're having a tooth pulled out. Needless to say, I sucked it up and had the other teeth fixed. Lesson learned.

I went to Complete Dental Care this past month and saw Dr. Miller. I was very nervous about getting numb. The assistant assured me that Dr. Miller was very good at this and told me I wouldn't feel a thing. My nervousness continued until he came in the room and told me what he was about to do, I closed my eyes and he starting shaking my jaw...he said all finished. I opened my eyes and asked, "what did you do?" He had already given me the shot and I didn't feel a thing!! It was wonderful!!

I VISITED COMPLETE DENTAL CARE ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO FOR AN INITAL CHECKUP. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THERE STAFF. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS EGER TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!

I went into the waiting room in unbelievable pain, So bad i could barley see. The receptionist with a serious attitude problem had me try to fill out some paperwork. When i told her i was in too much pain to write, she got all huffy and filed it out with a big time attitude. I finally saw a dentist after about a half hour of sitting in the lobby in pain. They told me my infected wisdom tooth had to come out, but could not today because it was infected. They prescribed antibiotics and pain killers and sent me home with an appointment for 45 DAYS LATER !!! They also tell me that I am on the cancellation list. Also the medications they prescribed did nothing to cure the infection. Those set of worthless pills cost me about $ 75.00. I call them again after a week, still in unreal pain on my entire right side of my face, and they call in another set of antibiotics and only half as much pain killers. This set of pills cost me about $100.00 . After about a week the infection is cleared and I am ready to have the the wisdom tooth removed. They don't give me another appointment until almost 2 weeks later. Of course by this time my wisdom tooth is infected AGAIN since they made me wait so long for an appointment. The top of my wisdom tooth is gone and the pulp and nerve are exposed and I am suffering a lot. The whole right side of my head is throbbing and i cant even sleep. I am in shock that someone who is supposed to be a medical professional is allowed to practice this kind of quackery in the United States of America.
