After my baby girl was diagnosed with torticollis and plagiocephaly at 11 weeks, I underwent a several months long campaign of repositioning, physical therapy and anxious staring at the flat spot on her head. The whole thing left me super-paranoid. I called Brent and team at EastPoint and told them that I was 99% certain my baby's head was fine, but I was still worried. They encouraged me to come in for a consultation, where they were super-nice, did a 3D scan of her skull and reassured me that my baby's head was indeed perfect. They didn't make me feel dumb for being worried and I left feeling like I'd done the right thing getting her checked out and reassured that any residual flatness will round out just fine. It took 30 minutes, the baby was happy the whole time and they were such nice people!

I was amazed at your professionalism, skill and willingness to help someone who is helping many others. You had/have a great ability to quickly suggest appropriate solutions for prosthetics for Sarko. Thank you and I highly recommend Brent.

We can't thank Brent and Nozaly enough for the care they provided our daughter! After 4 doctor's visits (2 different pediatricians and 2 times to the same pediatric orthopedist) we still had exactly ZERO answers regarding how to correct her metatarsus adductus (her feet were both pretty severely turned in toward each other). Then we called EastPoint and I'm so glad we did! After a thorough and comprehensive exam Brent and Nozaly were able to provide us not only with answers to our questions, but a SOLUTION to the problem.We really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel; by the end of the visit we felt like we had made friends with everyone in the office. I was also impressed with the patient room which was outfitted with a big flat screen TV with Dora the Explorer to help distract our squirmy toddler while she had casts molded to her feet for the braces. Our 22-month-old daughter has been wearing her SureStep braces for about 3 months now and she LOVES them. They are correcting her gait and her stride, and improving her balance, making her much more confident and steady on her feet. The staff at EastPoint are truly changing lives. They are our heroes and we are forever grateful!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Brent, Nozaly, and EastPoint!!! I drive over FIVE hours just to have my son fitted for smo's...that is what kind of quality care they provide! I have gone to many different facilities and seen many different doctors and orthotist and they are the only ones who didn't just lump him in with a group and try to give him the one size fits all approach. They always give him unconditional attention and really care what is going to give my son the best quality of life and make him the most funcational. He gets so excited when I tell him it's time to get new braces because he knows he gets to go see Mr. Brent and Ms. Nozaly...that is huge coming from a little boy who has such dread when dealing with anything medical since he has been through so much in his young life! I am so happy that we have found EastPoint and Brent and Nozaly...they have given my son the freedom and chance at mobility that he deserves!!!!

Love this place! Ms. Nazaly is very good with kids, my daughter lovers her. The staff there, Rachel, Brent are very nice, too.
