I shop here all the time but had a prescription called in and received a call from Teresa to verify my info. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have someone be knowledgeable and happy. Thanks for making my day much easier, I was really dreading the pharmacy call.

Recently tried to make a large purchase in sporting goods via a promo flyer. Deborah could not give us any assistance after taking our info a week before. simply her casual attitude told me she really did not care enough to further assist us. The point is that dept. is not that busy. going the extra mile is what All employees should do. Customer Service is becoming a thing of the past hopefully this helps someone else.

Came in and dropped off dr s note for meds for my step son. They told us that it would be 35 mins. We began to walk around bc that isn't that long. Came back in 45 and was told that bc we wernt waiting for 35 mins right there that we had to wait another 35 mins bc they haven't even started it. Don't these people understand that the reason we get meds is to get better. I guess the education has to minimum to work here. Will never go back here for meds or anything. After seeing the other reviews to back up what I was going through. In surprised they haven't done anything.

This Walmart has a better customer base than others, but my review is more concerned with the auto part section. they do an alright service, but one must make sure that they put the right type of oil in the vehicle. I have a jeep with an inline 6 engine, which means that it must take an oil with a high level of zddp. the brand of oil that they use for the high mileage is castrol hm. which does not have a high level of zddp, because of this the engine could get a premature failure of the cam shaft. all and all the service is okay, but the expertise of the people here are extremely poor.

Shop Walmart if you want the following,MESSY SHELVES,HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT,DRESS CODE OF TRASHY,ATTITUDES,CRIMINAL MINDS, MADE IN CHINA FALLING APART,EXPIRED FOODS,CRAZY CHILDREN/PARENTS, ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, UTTER FIFLTH, WEARY SOUL, NO EDUCATION, FATALITY, CONFUSING LAYOUT, BAD SERVICE, AND LONG LINES DUE 2 NOT ENOUGH REGISTERS etc. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
