I have found my dentist!! From the minute I walk in the door, the staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly. Dr. Farrell is an extremely honest and professional dentist. I had gone to another dentist in the area, and was told I needed an insane amount of crowns and was pressured to get them done the same day. Huge red flags went up, and I decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did; that's how I came across Dr. Farrell. Not only did I need less work (no crowns needed), all the work I did need was clearly explained, and a realistic time frame was set up. I fully trust Dr. Farrell and his staff, and will recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.

Doc Ferrell is the Best Dentist I have ever gone too, everything about the his work place is professional. All staff are friendly and helpful, Super clean. Jen is the Best dental hygienist she always cleans my teeth and never hurt after. Doc Ferrell is honest and very down to earth guy, he listens and makes sure you understand and don't have any questions. Wouldn't trade this place for any other. We have dentist on base but I rather make the drive and come see Doc Ferrell and his team.

Been going to FFD ever since I moved to Raleigh 2 years ago. Fantastic experience and great staff. I always get in on time, the staff are nice and the office is nicely updated - always spotless, and not an outdated tabloid in sight (I hate doc offices with magazines from 6 months ago). Beyond the front desk, the hygienists and Dr. Farrell make a visit to the dentist as painless as possible. Would recommend to anyone, and have already sent a few friends and family there. They've had a great experience as well. Bonus - they send you a friendly Starbucks card every time you send a referral their way!

WORST DENTIST EVER. terrible customer service, so unfriendly and just not personable at all!! Went it with a (GROUPON)that's what I get for trying to save $ I guess. went for a cleaning/exam came out needing 4 minor fillings. well 2 months later I have those fillings refilled and still the worst pain ever, can not eat drink or anything on that side of mouth. so I call and he say's oh go to the specialist you might needa root canal or something I am not sure!! huh how the hell are you not sure you are a dentist right? I am starting to even question that. Listen bottom line read the real reviews do not go here you are warned. spend the extra couple bucks and have it done right the first time by people who care about you and your health!!!

I love Dr. Farrell. He may be the most honest dentist in all of Raleigh. I decided to try out ANOTHER dentist because she had a Groupon. It was a great deal. But before I left, she gave me a quote for "necessary" dental work, and I was pressured to make immediate appointments for the work. The fees quoted were OUTRAGEOUS! I said I'd think about it. Later, I asked for a quote for similar work from Dr. Farrell, and it was far less. When I made an appointment to see Dr. Farrell for another issue, he told me NO, I did not need all that dental work! At some point, I may need some of it in the future, but all of that dental work was totally unnecessary. Dr. Farrell is HONEST and professional. His office staff is professional and friendly. His office is beautiful. I highly recommend him.
