Walmart Supercenter

ever time I go to that store and try to get some assistance, it is a act of congress. Yesterday I ask the sportsman goods person to help me find something and he told me he was to busy with something else. I thought my wife was going to blow her top. We walked back by there about 2 minutes later and he was flipping through a magazine and eating penuts or something. My wife looked at him and said your real busy, He mumbled something and went back to what he was doing. he lost out on couple hundred dollars. I was wanting to buy Realtree bibs and coats for my 4 boys and me and my wife. We are going on a hunting trip. This is not the first time, it seems like ever time I go to that store you cant get help with anything. This is the first time I got a computer to say something bad about a place. I know that it causes people to get yelled at and even fired. I work at a job that they send surveys out to my customers. but I'm tired of driving 30 miles to get treated this way. The next closest one is 65 miles. We love Walmart but it seams that customer service is last priorty know, and they worry about hiring less and making more money is better. You have to make money but at least make people feel like there more important. They will come back. thank you for reading this. or I hope this was read and you all get better at the problem. I will send this to main office if you all don't straten up and fly right.
terrible room service, didnt give me my wake up call, the eggs were underdone, toilets cloged, poop smeared on the wall, the employees didnt cut my toenails properly, there was no beer in the fridge, and the tv's just played commercials, people kept on coming into my room wanting to buy grocieries, the nerve of some people.
Do I even have to give this place one star? Pathetic! Agree with the other reviewer about long lines and lack of help. Add to this the fact that they label you a thief! My son and I bought some work boots in there that seemed ok in the store. A couple of days later, though before he wore them, I got to noticing some cracked places on the uppers and we took them back. They had closely resembled the display shoes in the store but when I got them there, the staff said these were not sold in their store and immediately began to assume that I had stolen a pair and put an old pair back in the box. It took verbal exchanges that weren't too nice as well as viewing a surveillance tape to prove that someone else - not myself - had stolen a pair and put their old ones back in another box! I understand about not wanting stealing, but they way they approached it was rude and unprofessional. I am hard pressed to ever go back in the store for anything. There are plenty of places to shop, even in a small town.
My experience here was absolutely terrible. Right off the bat I entered the parking lot and there were shopping carts everywhere. I had to park in the back to protect my car. After getting some groceries for my son I headed over to furniture to grab him a new couch for his new place. It took me 15 minutes to find someone to help me and all he did was call someone else who took an additional 30 minutes to get to furniture. Finally I make it to the register, where I discovered there are only 3 registers open (in the middle of the afternoon) and each one has a line 10 people long (never had this problem at Ingle's). So I'm in line for 20 minutes, just 3 people away from the front, and suddenly there is a problem. The cashier calls for a manager to help with something and we wait another 10 minutes for someone to show. Finally the manager shows up and instead of fixing the problem spends 5 minutes shouting at the Cashier, then attempts to fix the problem and can't (what kind of pathetic management blames it's employees and then can't even fix the problem themselves?) So we are finally brought to a new line and somehow manage to get through without any more difficulties. Except now I need assistance again in carrying the couch out'to my car as the young man helping me earlier was forced to leave to help another customer. Another 20 minutes pass before he is able to return and help me to my car. 2 HOURS, 2 HOURS I spent at Walmart for something that should have taken 30 minutes tops. Now don't get me wrong, my son and his girlfriend worked at Walmart for 6 months so I know about the massive shortage of staff Walmart stores have been experiencing. But even being sympathetic to Walmart this was simply unacceptable. In the future, Ingle's WILL see ALL of my grocery business and I will find furniture elsewhere.
