Bottom of the Barrel The people that work here are completely incompetent. I've given them several chances to impress me, but they have just let me down. Went one time to have a hand x-ray, but the nurse couldn't figure out the machine. Then she was so frazzled that she couldn't figure out a physical form I needed done and I had to keep on her to get her to fill it out right, but it was so full of errors I had to come back with a new form to re-do what was done. The last time I went to have a TB test done and the girl went too deep and caused me to bleed a whole lot. I went back to get the test read 48 hrs later and she wanted to write me down as positive because all of the bruising she left from the injection and I already had pulled up for her information from a medical website that excessive bruising is due to inadequate administration of the serum. And she just circled negative and shut the glass door on me.

DON'T EVER GO HERE!! I filled out their forms ALLERGIES and wrote AZITHROMYCIN. VERY ALLERGIC! I asked to see a Doctor and was not told the woman I saw was a PA. She ignored everything I told her. She said I was fine I should get an over the counter cold medication and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. I was very sick. Got prescription and went home. I was now running a fever. When I looked at the pill in the box of antibiotics I realized she had prescribed AZITHROMYCIN. If I had taken that pill I would have been in the hospital emergency room probably fighting for my life. When I called them they shuffled me back and forth between their personnel and their billing office. They never put a Doctor on the phone. These people only want to collect their fees. I left messages at their head office and never got a call back. I was there on the 8th and found out they were paid on the 12th. They kept me running back and forth to stop the billing until the 18th. I found out on the 18th from Anthem that Urgent Care had been paid. Urgent Care got their money even though they almost killed me. They never showed any concern for what they did. You have many choices of Doctors and medical facilities to choose from. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CHOOSE URGENT CARE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS ONLY THE PAYMENT.

Very Satisfied with the level care and service. I took my entire family here before it was NHRMC and I must say since NHRMC has taken over my last visit was pleasant (if any Dr. visit can be pleasant). The Nurses were wonderful cheering up my 8 year old and 3 year old with stickers and the Dr. was knowledgable, curtious and efficient. She diagnosed my husband, and 2 sons with strep and then even asked if I wanted a culture just to be on the safe side. I was pleased. If and when I cant get in to see our pediatrician and regualr doctors we will come back. Thanks NHRMC Urgent Care, we're all healthy now!!!

Billing department are a bunch of crooks. I went to this facility for a dislocated shoulder, which I had already put back into the socket myself. I walked in and simply needed an arm brace and some medication for the pain. They insisted that I get an X-Ray and scurried me across the hallway to their radiology department. Though all staff assured me this would be covered under my copay, and smiled as they led me into the xrays, to pay my copay, and then out the door. One month later, I received $400 worth of medical bills because the Xray room is actually part of a different hospital, not covered under my insurance. NHRMC says there is nothing they can do and I just need to take up the problem with my Blue Cross Blue Shield. NEVER AGAIN will I trust them with MY wallet!

This place will never do more than tell you to drink lots of water and take 2 Ibuprofen. They are all nurses and PA's, no doctors!! Rude customer service, and always in a rush to get you out the door! DO NOT DO IT!!!
