I did have to wait an hour to be seen- the receptionist was out the day I went in for an emergency check because I cracked two teeth. But that was the only negative. After waiting for so long, Dr. Ziros offered to do the root canal immediately after my evaluation. I only needed one, so that worked out well. I did not have to miss any more work. It was a typical root canal- what can really be pleasant about that? But the doctor and the staff were pleasant and stayed late to finish my tooth because it took longer than expected. The next day I managed my soreness with just advil every few hours- no more pain at all. The advil was honestly for my jaw from holding it open for so long. This was my first root canal, and I expected much more pain. I am amazed at how comfortable I am. Then the doc called to make sure everything was going well. The doctor, not his assistant, the doctor. I received amazing personal service from a pleasant, polite and fun staff. This is probably the most pleasant a root canal could be. I have not heard of anyone having a similar pleasant experience anywhere in the area, or in any of the 23 places I have lived.
