I visited the downtown New Brunswick office for a dental exam. They were extremely busy with "emergency walk-ins" and I finally was seen an hour after my scheduled time (which was first thing in the morning). Doc and nurses were friendly enough. They recommended I have my cleaning at their high school campus, which was clean, calm and wonderful -- until I sat in the chair and waited 40 minutes for the doctor who was running late. She came in and after LITERALLY only SEVEN MINUTES said my teeth weren't very "dirty" and she was done. I was astounded! She didn't even clean all my teeth, and this was very important to me as I had just quit smoking. I don't recommend this place if you have any other choices.

The nurse at the front desk was and most of them are rude, always pendent on her phone, with a terrible attitude, she acted like she was doing a favor to me, but whatever i wouldn't recommend this place and I'll definitely change my family dr. Besides that they keep you forever there even if you appointment is early uggh! Totally disappointed!!

I do not recommend this facility to no one. I made an appointment a month ago and called the day of and when I went for my appointment they refused to take me because I did not have my birth certificate, which no one ever avised to do so. The staff was rude and unprofessional. And let me not get started on the people that were just sitting around. I took this as a sign from God saying " RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!" I wanted to give no stars but I had no choice but to put 1

Wow to be a medical facility, this place lets homeless people and non-patients to walk about and they let the children run around unattended, parents do not watch their children there. I give this place one star!!!
