Over a year ago, I twisted my back while laying a patio in my yard. The pain was horrible. I could hardly move and was unable to sleep at night. At first I thought it would go away with drug store ointments and ibuprofen. I have been involved with martial arts for twenty years and thought I knew my own body well enough to self heal. I tried stretching. I tried heat packs. I could hardly walk pain free. Nothing worked.
