Interesting reviews. I shopped here twice, it was ok. I work retail and love hearing all the complaining from Santa Fe, The MOST lazy city I have ever lived in. How can anyone in Santa Fe complain that ANY store in town is messy when it is the public,the consumer, the browser that trashes the stores? Yes, the shopper that trashes the store as if it was their own home? Upon my visit here I saw costumers just grab items and leave them everywhere....no intention on buying and ZERO consideration for those who are interested in buying that item. You cant complain for the mess that YOU make in a store and that includes your children. How many times have we been out shopping only to see kids running all over the place as the lazy moms just talk on their cell phones and completely ignore their kids. Of course these are the same loving parents that will SUE Walmart when the kid goes missing! As far as customer service is concerned, Walmart has a help desk that you can run to, workers are employed to stock and pick up the same mess customers leave behind. They are NOT paid to assist you because you cannot read labels, follow directions and are too lazy to look for items on the shelves. Maybe IF Santa Fe residents would get their act together and stop trashing retail stores and watching their kids....Walmart employees could help YOU better. YOU get the retail stores that YOU deserve. Unfortunately, Santa Fe has a LONG way to go and people have to stop being lazy and feeling that sense of "self entitlement" when going shopping. There are some customers who walk into any store and think that they own the damn place, YOU DONT so, get over it and grow up!

This place is awful and every time I say I'm not going there, I go. But yesterday was the last time. I am forever banning Walmarts. It seems that they are employing and training mean people. I have been to many Walmarts all over the country and they are the same. My encounter at this one was the Pharmacy. How awful. The pharmacist there is so rude and unprofessional. I filed a complaint with corporate. I won't go into detail because I am sick of rehashing this in my mind. I'm just so done with them. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a company that, although they claim they give "exceptional service," it is a lie. I'm tired of being treated like crap by employees who never help yet oppress. There are too many places out there that deserve the business. I am done with this place.

Great stot except has rude people in the bakery

Like every store when it first opens; shelves are stocked properly, bathrooms spotless and associates extremely helpful. As time passes it all goes down hill...
