Perhaps it's lack of staffing, but if you can avoid it, put your prescription elsewhere. They periodically don't even answer their phone during business hours and, in the past few months have claimed not to have checked the computer if you refill your prescritions online. Today, after trying them on the phone for a half hour, I called another CVS pharmacy in town; that got them to answer their phone. I had an increase in the dosage on a regular prescription I have had for months. I realized they would have to contact the doctor for the change, but I thought I'd put it in Saturday for next week telling them there's no rush – they claimed they do not call doctors. It's really the last straw in a series of poor customer service.
