Pharmacy Does not give a crap about its clients. An issue arrived where as to they could not fill a script and didn't even give a courtesy call to let us know that it could not be filled. They said they would take care of it. They said they would let me know what would be happening. 4 hours after that I decided to call rite aid back. They said they did not hear back from the hospital. So I took it upon myself to call the hospital and they said they never received a phone call from the hospital. I called rite aid back and their response was "We don't have time to take care of you and 100 other patients!". Hence forth after this script being filled I will never go back to Rite Aid in Greenville, NY. Wallgreens, or CVS will be my choice from this day forward.
