Nice staff but they need more help. I left for a place 20 min away just to get it done right.

I can not tell you how many times I have called in a refill, only to have them tell me theyre are no more refills, or that my ins.co. no longer covers a med., (which of course, always turns out to be false), after I get to the store. Cant they just do that on the phone? They make you stand there at the counter forever, while they BS on the phone, fill scripts, or just stare at their computer screen. Today I stood at the counter for an honest 20 minutes while they stared at their computer, only to have them eventually inform me that my etna card "doesnt match the # on their stupid screen" what the heck does that even mean??? Ive been going there with the same ins. for years! So now that I wasted 20 minutes standing there, and being late for work, I didnt even get my asthma inhaler, that I NEED! Oh well, guess Ill just go without breathing tonight, thanks Greenwood Lake CVS! I have filled my last script there, should have switched years ago, I suggest others do too. M.
