Insurance not accepted. The sign says most insurance accepted but when I asked they said they don't take any. Go to Crystal Run Pharmacy, where the sell almost everything and take insurance

I visited this store 1/2 hour before closing time on a Saturday, desperate for relief from an incompetently treated grade 3 ankle sprain/possible fracture. I wish the medical team at Horton had exhibited a fraction of the expertise, kindness and common sense extended to me by the two gentlemen (proprietors?) at the Home Healthcare Store. They patiently fitted me with a variety of splints until we found the one that effectively reduced the strain on my damaged ligaments and stabilized the ankle. They didn't rush me, despite the late hour. Addditionally they explained not only the pros and cons of each splint, but also the anatomy of the ankle and what I could expect given the parts that are compromised in this kind of injury. At my request, they provided a recommendation for an orthopedist and, astoundingly, charged me less than what I would have considered a reasonable amount. Only 24 hours later my ankle is feeling much better and I am able to walk more confidently on my crutches. Cannot recommend this store highly enough!!!!

The customer service in this store was above and beyond what I ever expected. When my mother was very ill these people were so compassionate, informative and helpful. I highly recommend visiting their beautiful showroom.
