This is NOT an Urgent Care. This is a family practice that takes walk-in patients. Upon arrival, we were told that we would be seen around those that had appointments. I don't understand how someone can make an appointment for a non-life threatening emergency. I spent over three and a half hours in their office (an hour of that was in the waiting room to be seen) for a simple diagnosis and injection. Next time I will utilize the Fulton County Hospital or make the trip to Defiance. Worst experience ever.

The real hours are: Mon - Fri 10am to 9pm Sat & Sun 12pm to 9pm Quick in & out! No waiting when we went. (I am sure that would not be true always.)
