Wait times always over 45 minutes, Dr doesnt have a clue without his nook,,,, Office manager is the biggest bitch i've ever met,and they constantly screwup my billing, i've paid twice and they still sent me to collections, stay away from here is my thought. p.s and they still say i owe $50. i called them and they wouldnt even give me the collection agencies name. very sad place.

The wait time of over 30 minutes in the lobby and another 20 to 30 in another room was too much. I had 2 visits which were to be 100% covered with no copay. 1 physical exam and 1 allergy shot. He gave me a steroid shot instead and said that it would be just as good and that he would bill it as an allergy shot to the insurance. The Steroid shot didn't work. I should've insisted on getting the allergy shot that I requested. They have tried to bill me $50 for 2 copays that aren't owed and have turned it over to a collection agency. Even after I've called and finally had them call me back and they said that they would fix it, I still receive collection notices. 1 year later. Needless to say, this has been the worse experience that I have ever had with any doctor. Insurance: Blue Cross / Blue Shield

Evey appointment I had, I waited for close to 30 minutes just to get in and then I waited in the room for over 10 minutes. I thought he made inappropriate comments and was unpersonable. Our new Doctor couldn't figure out why he had my husband on some of the medicines that he was on. Overall, I was not impressed and would definately say to pick another doctor!
