The initial phone conversation to schedule my appointment should have tipped me off that my experience with this office would be less than positive. The woman who does the scheduling and front office/check in was extremely rude and short with me when I told her the times I would be available. I was referred by my chiropractor (who is excellent) to this office to see Dr. Glaser specifically to have trigger point injections. I arrived twenty minutes early, with my radiographs, to complete paperwork and insurance verification. After waiting roughly 90 minutes, I was called back to a patient room by a woman who introduced herself as the x-ray tech. She never looked at the paperwork I completed. Instead she proceeded to ask me every single question that was on the paperwork and typed it onto her laptop. I spent approximately 15 minutes with her. Then, an hour and forty minutes after my appointment time, Dr. Glaser finally got around to seeing me. He asked me a few questions, which I answered, and he seemed to be unsure if he was actually going to DO the trigger point injections that I was expecting to have done at that appointment. I told Dr. Glaser that I was referred to him by my chiropractor to have these injections and had expected to receive them at today's appointment. Dr. Glaser became visibly annoyed when I asked what the solution was that would be used for the injections. As a healthcare professional myself, I do not find it unusual to be inquisitive about a substance being used to treat a bodily ailment. Ultimately, he did two (of the four recommended by my chiropractor) which took a total of five minutes, and I left feeling less pain in the areas where I had received injections. Despite feeling less pain, I would not recommend this office as a whole to anyone who seeks to receive care in a respectful and compassionate environment. I felt that my time was of no value to them. The doctor was extremely overbooked and obviously unable to treat all the patients scheduled in a timely and thorough manner. I won't be returning as a patient to this facility and have requested that my chiropractor refer me elsewhere for future care.
