Above and beyond on customer service. Best experience I have ever had. They even fixed a mess up that happened from a previous eye doctor even though it wasn't their responsibility. They were just plain wonderful to deal with.

I've been to about 5 different eye doctors and so far Dr. Overstreet is BY FAR the best that I have seen. She's very friendly and is concerned about every single patient's eye health. She cares for people as a person also, not just a patient. I had only seen her once over a year ago & I went to see her a day ago and she remember exactly who I was unlike all the other docs I've seen. Her staff is very friendly as well! Her check-ups are quick & simple and the wait is very short. There is a HUGE variety of selections for frames/sunglasses (she even carries Ed Hardy frames!) I, myself, use soonercare insurance and she has a ton to choose from. All the other places I've gone had about 10 frames to choose between and they all looked like little kid frames & here they're very sophisticated & just plain adorable! Another thing,everywhere I've gone all the nurses (even the doctor) treated me like scum because of my insurance and Dr. Overstreet & her staff treated me as if I had insurance like everyone else which is a plus! I could go on & on about how great this place is!!! I just love it, period!

Dr. Abby Overstreet and staff were very helpful! The selection of frames is by far the largest around- something like over 4,000 frames! Dr. Overstreet makes you feel welcome and she truly does care about you eye health and you as a person. I do business with people that provide an outstanding customer/patient experience and Advanced Vision Center definitely does that! Love this place and refer all of my friends and family there!
