I was surprised to see the poor reviews for My Dentist in Claremore. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. I originally went there last year but had to stop treatment due to personal reasons. I began going back there again this year around February. Dr. Lindsey Hammond is absolutely wonderful and so is her staff. I have some follow-up appointments scheduled with them to have some work done and have no hesitations about going back there. I have never had an appointment cancelled because I didn't answer my phone. I receive a text from them asking to confirm my appointment by replying back with "C" and that is all. The entire staff there is always polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Hammond and My Dentist. My mom goes to Dr. Hammond too and has never had a bad experience. I would definitly refer My Dentist to friends and family.

When I called to see if they were capable of seeing and treating my sick 2 yr old having dental issues, they assured me they could. We went in for the appt and they played and kept him happy instead of looking at his teeth or doing the proper things for an evaluation. The Dentist NEVER put on gloves or even LOOKED IN his mouth to see if there was anything causing him the trouble i described (fever, swollen, red, bleeding/discolored gums, totally abnormal things for him). She told me his discolored gums (which she never looked at) were because he's hispanic and he might have an infection but they can't really tell b/c they are incapable of doing the proper things to evaluate a 2yr old. She said I needed to see someone else. After that 3min of time they charged me $54 for not looking or touching my sons mouth!!!!!!!!!! They told me they would refer me to a pediatric dentist in tulsa and handed me a business card and told me to call them. That is NOT a referral! I'm outraged and have never felt so violated as a mother trying to take care of her child in need.

Watch out. They are all about billing in this office and how many patients they can get in. (I was there at the end of the month once and had the office manager congratulating the dentist on how many "things" she billed for the month right in front of me) Most of their dentist just graduated from dental school or just finishing up dental school. Each time you go you will see a different dentist who thinks you have something wrong with your teeth. We never had a filling filled there but were told every time we went we had a filling. (never in the same tooth as the time before) Funny, we switched dentist about a year ago and have been there twice and never had any issues with our teeth... The final straw was when I took my 5 year old there and they said she had a cavity. I found a new dentist and got a 2nd opinion and imagine that no cavity. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
