OverPrice. I mean they have no respect of charging State's Money. Unprofessional staffs. My mother came early for her cleaning appointment; she had to wait for a while and then what they did is called my mother in and pretending that they're working on her teeth. twist around for a little bit then told my mother her teeth are fine and good to go. they told my mother to buy a discount plans ($150) then month later they said they cant take the discount plan because the plan that I bought is under a Doctor's name who is no longer working there (at this office, but still working for mydentist at different location). so much more to complain about!!!

Went in for a crown buildup where the tooth was decayed pretty close to the root, but Dr. Aycock said that she was able to drill without exposing the root. As soon as the numbing wore off I was in excruciating pain and had to return. Upon arriving, they put some of the sensitivity shielding gel on the tooth and then went to view my chart. They came back and said that the tooth was hurting because the dentist did, in fact, expose my root and patched it and cemented my crown anyway. They told me that I would have to go see a specialist to have the cemented crown removed, THEN pay another $600 for a root canal and purchase another crown. They refused to discount it or hold the dentist liable. I still have pain on that tooth and it has been over a year. I refuse to pay for a botched job and pay for their horrible mistake! That dentist isn't even there anymore. Every other time I had a great experience, but this time has been a complete nightmare. I cannot afford to pay $1000 or more for a tooth that they ruined. I personally feel like they should do the root canal and new crown for free since it was their mistake. Another time, I took my mother there to have 2 teeth pulled and I paid for it out of my own pocket. They told me that it would be $180, which I paid. My mother keeps receiving bills for $450!! WHY!?

Yet another dentist office with nice enough dentists but pathetic office management. I have never, NEVER seen a business operate so poorly in customer service. In fact, it is so poor that it is really unbelievable. They have behaved in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manor I have EVER encountered. I will tell every one I know and don't know my experience with them, then I will post it every where I can, then I may even advertise it, and it will continue on and on until, who knows? I have plenty of time now that I am not waiting for them to return my calls or trying to call them still. No, I must go in person, twenty miles, to resolve my bill.

Worst experience ever in my life. Laura is the business manager and it has been taking a year to get a root canal and a crown. So far, my daughter has not received all of the work done. The root canal took two days, she still has pain. They keep changing dentists and we had to wait 3 more weeks for this to be moved over to the new dentist since I have soonercare. I scheduled my appointment with Laura and just took my daughter in to get this finally resolved. She did not put my appointment in the book and now my daughter has to wait another 6 weeks to find a new dentist and start all over. This woman is completely unprofessional. She also would not allow me in the dentist area while the work was being done. She let other mothers back there. This woman has no office management skills to accurately take care of patients. This is not he first time this has happened. We are hearing more bad things as we are getting the word out!

The staff at My Dentist in Sapulpa are absolutely wonderful. I have to say that I contridict every statement that the last reviewer posted. We always have our appointments schedule in a timely manner. My kids are treated wonderfully. I am also a patient there and I really felt like they cared for me and my smile. :-) The office management was excellent explaining charges and discounts before my procedure happened that day, just so I wouldn't be surprised. I actually was surprised though; my bill was less than half of what I expected. Jerrilynn is the perfect person for her position, she is gentle yet really does a great job taking care of detail. She even followed up with me later in the day by phone to make sure I was doing ok. That in my books is amazing. My MD doesn't do that. I would recommend this office to anyone, in fact my sister is the one that referred me because they take such good care of her family. I drive 30 miles just to use this dentist office.
