We have been in need, and we still are. Gasoline is expensive, and we must be careful how we use it. Our telephone calls have been answered by very arrogant women who refused to provide any information on the telephone. After long drives, arriving on time, and even early, we have left empty handed because the resources had long been expended, on numerous occasions. Emergency food and utility assistance are just funny jokes to these people, apparently. This is really a place for "The Church" to be proud of!
