I've been treated successfully by some knowledgeable and caring PT's here, but a friend who was treated by a new PT had a severe and perhaps irreversible setback in her condition because the PT never took time to read her medical information or listen carefully to her explanation of her condition, and was distracted by lengthy chit-chat with another PT during the initial session.
