I saw Dr. Litchman for lower back / leg pain. He didn't really examine me for that, nor did he ask any questions about my fitness, exercise program, stretching, or sleep. He told me nothing in-depth about back health, physiology, or treatment. He just handed me a flyer for a common book on stretching and exercise, and told me to call back in 6 weeks if my back and legs still hurt. I won't bother to go back to Dr. Litchman; it would be a waste of my time and money...I got more information on WebMD than I got from him.
