All the staff are friendly. The food and other items are reasonably priced. The store is a little old and some of the racks and such could be replaced, but all in all it presents a pleasant shopping experience. The lego selection is fairly wide (important to me). And last, but not least, it has free bags! With handles. No more shopping in Eugene for me.

You have to remember that this store is in Springfield on Q Street, it's not like you could expect world class service! I think for their location they are as good as you could expect them to be.

Seems like the 2nd time I've got bad gas from here. Going to do some more tests and if it turns out its something mechanical and/or sensor related and not the gas. ( or employee not putting cap on correctly.) If its one of those things and not the gas being bad I will remove / edit post.
