called 5 times for the automotive department, every time was put on hold for 10 mins the hung up on before anyone would answer! lady was so rude on the phone. place sux!
I have been trying to reach anybody of the electronics department for an extremely long time over the phone. Please hire enough people to properly take care of your customers needs.
Had a very bad experience with one of the employees there. Unfortunately, she was a supervisor but in my opinion, should not be a supervisor. I have been shopping at this Walmart for 6 months after moving from another state. The staff have been nice and helpful and there haven't been any complaints until now. All it takes is 1 bad apple and this apple was an employee. I know her name but won't write it down due to her embarrassment. I have been in the retail business for over 20 years and have been in Management and Supervisory positions for over 10 years. If she were my employee, I would let her start off the new year with finding a new job. I normally don't do reviews or complain but this couldn't go unnoticed. Very poor customer service from supervisor. My experience did take place at 7 am, so maybe she isn't a morning person, if that's the case she should strictly come in during the evening shifts. Because of my experience, I will no longer be shopping at this Walmart, I will go to Winco or the Walmart on Crater Lake.

I think the staff is very curtious and helpful, but it always seems there are only one or two items on the shelf of what you need. I am very disappointed in the women's clothing section. I am hoping when they re-open the old walmart on 62 it will have the same selections as it had before I enjoyed that store and their staff
