I got my braces in July 2011 and recently got them off a little bit early! Dr. Leitner is such an awesome orthodontic to work with. It's also great to be able to see Dr. Thomas. Being able to walk in, check in and grab and iPad to pass the time if you're there early really makes for a great experience. I sometimes don't get the iPad but just use their wi-fi on my phone to pass the time. Starting with the receptionists, Ashley and Angie ALWAYS know every person who walks in, including myself. The amount of time braces take to correct your teeth and the amount of time spent with either Dr. Thomas or Dr. Leitner, being greeted by name really helps make you feel like you're part of the Thomas and Leitner family - you're not there just to have an appointment. Everyone you come in contact with and share stories with or things going on in your life, everyone remembers these things and checks up on you during a later appointment. Even when they're working on your braces, it's nice to have a conversation and not just "there for business." Another place they excel is working with scheduling. When I got my braces I was living in SC but moved almost 6 hours away. I chose not to change my Dr. Everything I have said before made me STAY with Thomas and Leitner. I traveled for my appointments because they are just that good! Oh yeah, and having music on in the background while they're doing their thing plus a Keürig for coffee as I'm leaving is icing on an already awesome cake!!!!!!
