I have had good experience generally. They deal in compounding and most of their rxs are individualized instead of pill counting so the glitch rate is a little higher. However, in the few glitches I have had they have been more than willing to get things straight. Overall I find them reliable and friendly.

Not impressed with the service. Their automated system calls, requested a refill to be sent. It calls again, again, requested a refill to be sent. Still no medicine in the mail. No call from the office either. Considering I am paying FULL PRICE with no insurance for the medicine, you would think, the least they could do is call to give good service. But no, I had to call them. Problem: office wasn't sure I wanted the medicine. WTH?
