This is by far the best dental office and staff I have ever been to. I have lived here for many years and was a patient of this office even before this dentist took over. Everyone in this office is top notch and will always look to provide you with the best oral care and nothing less or more. I was disturbed to see the prior negative review posted. I contacted the office and they were unaware of the review, but after looking at it, they reassured me that there was nothing to be worried about and basically the poster lied about his comments due to indecisiveness. If you want to see real reviews of this fantastic dental professional and his top notch facility, look at their website and posted demandforce reviews. They easily speak for themselves. Better yet, just ask around. Slander is easy to come across these days, but is upsetting when it is directed at good people. I think it speaks more about the quality of the individual making negative post. I think he must have had his panties in a great big wad on that day! :)

I and my family have been patients of Dr.David on numerous occasions. Every appointment has been a pleasure and very successful. Every staff member is courteous and professional. They use the latest technology to ensure a pain free experience. I even had a root canal...which I thought would be horrible...and it was easy. I am always thanked by friends for recommending Dr. David.

Not very impressed with this clinic. First, they never once meet their appointments. If you have a set appointment, it should be made at the set time. Every time i've been in here i've been forced to wait anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment. Then when you get through your cleaning they will attempt to sell you every new service under the sun. I've had quite a few dentists in my time, and this clinic is by far one of the worst i've ever had. The competition in Gatlinburg is light, and it shows in how lackluster the service is.
