STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These people are not doctors, they're a bunch of nurses working under the umbrella of doctors who are never there. They represent themselves as doctors even though they are only nurses. The front desk people are rude, they will talk about your medical issues in front of other patients with total disregard to HIPAA laws. If you need to see a real doctor go to LeConte Medical Center, it's a real hospital. Stay away from these clinics like this, there's always shady characters hanging around trying to get pain killers off you.

I should have listened to the previous review, my mistake. These people were RUDE and CONDESCENDING and when I questioned what the (so-called) Doctor said, she became visibly upset. Turns out, she wasn't a doctor at all but an LPN, even though they call her Doctor so-and-so. I didn't PAY to see an LPN, I paid to see a DOCTOR and there wasn't one anywhere on premises, they said I'd need to drive to Gatlinburg to see the actual (real) doctor. This place is obviously all about making money and NOT about helping people.
