To Whom It May Concern: I rencently had my six-month cleaning at Premier Dental. Val, the office manager, greeted me with a big smile, and made me feel appreciated. And, unlike experiences I've had with other dental services, my wait was short. I was in the dental technician's chair within a half hour of arriving. Before, Ms. Le, the dental technician, began my cleaning, Dr. Williams, who has been my dentist for over a decade, came in to greet me and he checked my teeth; and reviewed my xrays, to make sure I didn't need any more extensive work on my teeth. He is always so friendly and always asks how I've been. After the doctor completed his review, the technician, Ms. Le, completed my cleaning. I have to say I've never had a friendlier, more highly-qualified, dental technician work on my teeth. Dr. Williams will incur a huge loss, when she goes off to dental shool in the fall of 2015. I hope he can find a comparable replacement. All and all, I have been more than happy with Dr. Williams and his staff. I look forward to many more years of excellent dental care through Premier Dental. Rena Johnson
