The people here are rude, inconsiderate and totally focused on the bottom line, not the customer. The owner refused to accept my insurance (they are an in-network provider) even when i provided written documentation for the coverage. The employees are odd, socially awkward and don't seem aware (i hope) that they are putting people off by their rude demeanor and insensitivity to the customer. These are not people who should be in the customer service business - none of them. I made a mistake by going back here after my first terrible experience - don't bother going.

The doctor was nice and the exam was fine but I will not be returning here. They charged me a $50 'contact lens fitting fee' on top of my eye exam co-pay. I have been getting eye exams with the same insurance for 10 years and have never had this charge. When I asked they said 'our office does it differently'. Will definitely not return because of that.

dr. matt baltazar at the tarry town location seemed inexperienced and was rude. when asking him questions as a new patient, he belittled me by treating me like an idiot. my prescription was not good either.

This store botched everything in my order. Do not go here.
