This clinic has really shoddy service. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment per their request and was seen 20minutes after my appointment. When I arrived I was ignored, no one greeted me or told me what I was supposed to do. During my appointment Dr. Malleske spent most of our time asking me to look at clinic brochures and to become a patient of the practice. Now after my appointment I am at work with a print out of my prescription and unable to fill it and Bianca tells me that I'm on my own they are not willing to call in or fax a prescription in on my behalf because I may try to fill 2 prescriptions of antibiotics and throat lozenges. So I'm not seen on time, pretty much endure a sales pitch during my visit then treated like a possible druggie after. Awesome. Thank you so much for your service. AND NO I WILL NOT BE USING YOU AS MY PRIMARY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
