Spring St. Dental
Reviews
As a new resident in the area, and about to begin a medical treatment that can cause changes in my mouth, finding a good dentist nearby to maintain exceptional oral hygiene is of primary importance. The staff was understanding, professional and helpful, and made sure that I was given an appointment as quickly as possible. They also went out of their way to consult with my other doctors to assure that the processes would be working well with each other.
Staff is friendly and professional. Doctors are knowledgable, relaxed, and take the time to talk in depth about any issues or questions you have. I have very senstive gums and teeth so most important to me they took care to cause as little discomfort as possible when I had my teeth cleaned. Sometimes I go years between dentist visits because I dislike the pain and hassle but I can see myself making regular appointments at Spring Street and actually keeping them.
Spring St Dental is amazing!!! From the first phone call with Miss Meagan, I have been treated like family. Unfortunately, due to many bad experiences, I am terrified of the word dentist, but they completely understand and actually care. I happen to be one of the few people who has to be complicated, yet Dr Bryan Romney just smiled and promised to make everything better. His "girl Friday" Miss Fran is also a gem. They treated me as though I was the most important person in the world (true VIP treatment). Dr Lassen was my first dentist to see and even though he didn't perform any of my procedures, he always says "Hi' and checks on me to make sure I am doing okay when he sees me in the office. Latisha did my initial exam and was beautiful. I cannot say enough good about this dental family. Although my fear is still there, I will always trust this outstanding staff to take good care of me. Miss Mona, who handles billing, cares just as much as the rest of the staff, so much so, that when she saw my anxiety was through the roof, she took the time to make sure the dentist was aware. I'll never be able to show the gratitude I feel for this staff. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough. As much as I'd love to keep them all to myself, it wouldn't be fair to everyone else. Call Spring St Dental and I promise you will never think of the dentist as the bad guy again! ;)
My gums were bleeding after I had my teeth cleaned. My gums hurt for a couple of days. I was told that it was covered by insurance. One year to the day I recieved a call telling me that I owed them over 300.00. They never filed the paperwork with my insurance. I rather go to a real denist in Austin and give my money away.
