The staff was friendly from the beginning to the end of the visit. I felt comfortable with the RDA and the doctor. They were both very thorough and willing to talk with me. I actually stayed for 2.5 hours and didn't even have any work done! We set up a plan that would help me financially and would be the most convenient overall. They are really concerned for your wellbeing. What really put the visit over the top was the willingness of the RDA to answer every question I had and even show me visuals to help me understand and make me feel comfortable, as well as the doctor taking his time and being very thorough and friendly. Very professional, very knowledgeable, overall- best dentist visit! I couldn't stop talking about it all day.

Worst Service Ever. I got ripped off here. I had some tooth pain. I went in for a filling. They told me I needed to get a section filled. They did worked on my tooth. I paid for the first round of work they did, then the tooth did the procedure they did, I was still in pain, so they recommended a crown + a root canal which was almost $4,000 They didn't take the impression right, so the crown came messed up from the factory. Rather than re-doing the impression as I requested, they just kept having me come in for repeated visits to saw down the tooth. They continued to get frustrated with having to schedule additional visits to fix their work. They started charging me additionally to fix their work they didn't get correct in the first place. My bite got worse and other teeth started to shift as a result. When I brought all of this to their attention, they treated me poorly. They just attempted to offer me sympathy. Additionally, I had been in pain for over a month after the root canal. I went into see them and told them to check out the area. I could feel a large object in my gums. They looked and that area and sent me home and told me it was nothing. 3 weeks later, I was still in pain, I was at work and in the middle of the day I spit out a part of my tooth! They left it in there! It was a large piece left over from the surgery. I spoke to the doctors and they took no responsibility for their work. They just gave me more sympathy and continued to grow impatient with me as a patient. They wouldn't refund any of my money. I've had other doctors see the tooth since then and the work done was sub-par by other professional opinions. I would never recommend The Dentists to any of my friends. This is not how you run a business.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith at The Dentists for the past 9 years, I now live in Austin and wouldn't even think of seeing another! With attention to sensitivity and unique needs, Dr. Smith and her staff excel at customer service and kindness. I've had a lot of different procedures and I can say with confidence, I've always been well informed and taken care of at The Dentists.

They Loved It!!!! - We recently moved to the area and I needed to find a local Dentist for my 3 children (ages 16,15, and 7). All three of them had a wonderful experience and appreciated the fact that the staff made them feel comfortable. My 7 year old had a bad experience with a dentist when she was 2yrs. old and she always gets very nervous for her checkups, but she liked the fact that they were very friendly and they always explained everything they were going to do before hand - so no suprises. In fact, she came out of the exam room and exclaimed: I LOVED IT!!!! Needless, to say we have definetly found our permanent Dentist!
