I went to Dr. Erin's office for a thermogram initally; that test revealed the need for blood work to pin down underlying issues. There were many problems that I knew I had, but I did not know how they were inter-related, and I had only been able to improve some of them with my own research and nutritional supplementation. I was so happy to have stumbled upon a doctor in Dallas who was able to deal with these kinds of functional problems. She patiently continues working through the complex of health issues I have, and is always willing to take time to answer my frequent questions. I came to Dr. Erin's office around 1 year ago, when I was looking for a place where I could get a thermography. I was very lucky to find her place. Not only did I get a thermography, I also had my blood work done. Dr. Erin has a different way to read the lab reports. Amazing. I learned about the Functional Medicine or Functional Endocrinology. Her focus is to look beyond the symptom and the underlying causes. She found out that my immune system was totally out of balance and some other things were not working as they should. She worked out a plan of nutritional supplements which addressed all my functional problems. After 4 months of following her treatment plan, I am feeling so much better and I could see the proof of my improvement when I had my blood tested again. Dr. Erin is wonderful and knows exactly what she is doing, and she treats her patients with only natural supplements and the best advices! Meanwhile, I moved out of state, but thanks to Dr. Erin's flexibility, I am still under her care via phone and e-mail, and it works great for me! I will continue with my treatment and I cannot emphasize enough what great knowledge she has, not to mention her wonderful way how she welcomes her patients. Her staff is a great team. They all treat me and the other lucky people, who found them, the nicest, happiest, friendliest way, you could ever imagine. I started going to Van Chiropractic about 6 weeks ago when I received a massage from their massage therapist Anna, and I've been hooked ever since! The massage was amazing. She did a consultation to customize the massage to my needs and my preferences and it was fantastic! I came to Van Family for Dr. Erin because I lived for 4 months without being able to turn my head to the left and right very far. Immediately Dr. Erin figured out what was wrong. After two weeks, I realized just how bad I was. I was able to turn my head to back up my car and was able to do so without any restriction.
