Called to have a few questions answered, such as the cost of a new patient consultation, etc. The man that answered the phone sounded like he was eating something, at 1:30 in the afternoon, and "couldn't tell" me anything specific. He said the new patient visit would range anywhere from "$75.00 to $120.00, but it depended on how much time they spent with me. I asked about some specific procedures and the "ballpark" pricing on those and he tried to tell me what the prodedure was, as if I didn't already know, but said he couldn't give me a price. He said they aren't allowed to give out prices. He was very unprofessional and had no interest in helping me decide on becoming a new patient there. He actually convinced me that I do not want to go there. He didn't even know the last name of his boss, the office manager. He laughed and said he just calls her by her first name. Pretty sad because I've heard the Doctors are good.
