I received excellent customer service from Ashley. She took the time to explain the different lenses and frames which would work best for me, and she was very professional. I would recommend Joy Family Eye Care because of the service I received from the sales staff, especially Ashley.

This is such a great and friendly place. Family oriented and comfortable. The staff are lovely and Dr. Bate is very helpful and sweet. I especially loved having Rachel help me with picking out glasses and she made sure to treat me like a valued customer. She really knows what she is doing, too. This place has your interest at heart.
