Have been a patient here for many years and plan on being one for many more. Very friendly, they take insurance and I've never had to wait long to be seen, even if I arrived early. Totally worth my drive from the 'burbs into town to this location.

When I entered through the front door of FLOSS Midtown (because the back door near the parking was broken/bolted shut), I felt as if I was in some high-end lounge going to get a drink. It was not the decor of your typical dental office - leather chairs, modern colors, tile, and artwork. I was slightly concerned about the table centerpiece, seeing as it was a glass bowl with nearly 100 (used?) Invisalign trays... Anywho, I went for a cosmetic dentistry consultation, which I had scheduled a week in advance to be over my lunch break. I arrived at noon and was promptly seated with a bunch of new client paperwork. After filling it out, I was assured that I would be seen shortly. (Their paperwork had a lot of stipulations in it, including a waiver for teeth whitening and other things that are out-of-the-box offerings for their clients, regardless of insurance coverage, etc.) At 12:50 I was taken by an assistant on a tour of their "state-of-the-art" cleaning facilities and communication systems, the whole time there was no concern for the fact that I had been seen 50 minutes after my appointment time, and that maybe 1) I was hangry from not being able to have lunch yet and 2) why do I care about your cleaning and communication systems because that's your deal - you're the dentist. I tried being patient, but had to speak up. They sent the doctor in almost immediately, and he was overly apologetic and had a good bedside manner. He did a lot of explaining and review of my teeth to see if I was a fit for the various cosmetic dentistry procedures they offer. I was pleased at that. They also have a variety of different payment options to suit your various financial needs. I had been on a few consultations prior to this one, and I would definitely rate FLOSS as one of the most thorough, but definitely the most expensive option. Overall, the quality of the dentist was great, but the awkwardness and timeliness of the office overshadows some of that, unfortunately.

Absolutely great experience! Today was my first appointment and I loved how as soon as they take you back, they give you a tour of the office before they sit you down so you aren't confused! I had Dr. D and she was very nice! I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing and I was confident having her work on my teeth. I had to have a lot done and she completed everything in one sitting. I would recommend Floss to everyone!

Read the one star reviews before you go. They are truth. Go when you only have no other options. It's easy to make the place looks nice and pretty and trick people do not know about dental service. This is not a place for people who know what skills and knowledge to expect and receive from a well-established and experienced dentals. The problems are the dentists. Hope this help.

No hassle dental care! I got my invisalign treatment here, so i visited this place often. And every time they were very friendly and helpful to me. Keep it up!
