Ella answered the phone after an extended hold. She mumbled, talked way to soft and was rude. I wanted the basic price for teeth cleaning. I was told, after several times of having to have her repeat her mumble, an $80.00 to $100.00 assessment would be done and that was the only price she would give me over the phone. I know I would definitely need an assessment, cleaning and some X-rays. I don't need the cost of the X-rays, just a cleaning cost, "No we do not give that out over the phone." My daughter is a physician, so I try and support the teaching environment, well sorry I will go back to my old dentist and take my "new to Houston area family" there also.

I have had my daughter's braces and retainer at their Orthodontist office on the third floor. Very Happy Very qualified and careful students Mind you these students are one year from Graduation.I have had a bridge and a two caps my dentist was overly cautious and had a professor sit in on the last visit that made her more confident and I am sure a wonderful dentist.

But unfortunately, they are students, so i guess it's safe to say that you get what you pay for, they take a lot longer than usual, you have to wait for the professor to come and critique the students work. The parking is very expensive but you
