Sam's Club

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW. I just don't know how much more Walmart/Sam can fall from grace. We all know this corporation hasn't cared about it's customers since it's founder died but now they don't even seem to care about the lies they tell to their small business customers to get them to use their merchant services. Sam Warehouse offered a free business membership to the warehouse if my small business was to use them for my merchant services. So that is what I did. This is what allows my hair salon clients to pay with their credit card. Well this is the second year in 2 years that Sams has lied. I walked around that warehouse for 2 hours deciding on purchases only to get to the register and have the cashier tell me to pay a $45 membership renewal feel. Instead of the lead manager Reggie or the store manager Clarence trying to solve the situation they both kept suggesting I pay the $45 dollars. They both had no idea about this program(which is sad) The store manager Clarence at the Sams off Fanin was very ignorant and did nothing to calm the situation. I will be moving my business to Cosco. If you check the prices Sam's is overpriced anyway. Their appliances always break fast as well.

This location needs to hire more Ppl for each section in the store! Its very stressful to help in almost every department! They do have wonderful quantities, ripe produces, deli are good! Service is slow but and trying to find help is bad!

I think this Sam's is great. Staff's great and prices good. It's clean and never a mess in the store. Some weird customers but that's another story.

This known as the Ghetto Sams. By far one of the worst in the country in customer service. They really need to close this location because it give such a bad light on the company.

Don't call Customer Service, they won't answer the phone. When they do anwer, they tell you, "We're too busy, our systems are down." This is the worst Sam's Club in Houston.
