Brought my daughter here about two months ago for severe stomach pain.I was very pleased with this facility the dr there (male) cannot remember his name(unusual last name) ,was awsome very helpful and kind, very professional he examined my daughter explained everything on what was causing her pain.the xray tech young male was as well very professional and polite so was the front reception older male. The dr even called us a couple of days after to check on my daughter.I hope I don't have an emergency but if I do I still be returning.keep up the great job!

I just called to ask if I could be treated for a very painful UTI. Elanda or Amanda (could not understand her) answered and I asked if they could treat me for a UTI, she responded "It's an emergency room". So I said," Well if my Dr. office is closed already, I come to you correct?". She responded,"We are an emergency room, open 24/7." First of all, I think we concluded that this is an emergency room. Second, PLEASE hire someone kinder to answer your phones. People who are in pain have a short fuse for attitudes. It is a shame, now I am on to the next place.

I was pleasantly surprised by this urgent care facility. The place was spotless, had extremely friendly staff, modern equipment, and the doctor that I saw was fantastic. I try to avoid urgent care facilities because of past experiences elsewhere but if needed again, I wouldn't hesitate going to this one. I was seen by the doctor immediately, diagnosed correctly after a very thourough examination, and on my way to recover. I was there with my wife and 5 month old and we were all treated above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.
