hi i got my wisdom teeth out today . but NOT FROM CASTLE DENTAL . they are way too overpriced. and my insurance is a PPO they wanted to charge me 4400.00 without insurance and they said that with my insurance would be 1410.00 up front, well i thought that was way to much, so we went to Summerwood Oral Surgery and these guys are the best they go that extra mile for you,I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed i was charged only 428.00 and without insurance it was 1500.00 that was a huge difference.....i would recommend anyone in need of dental service please call Summerwood Dental these people are great, and so is the dentist. The office is very clean and thy made you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. they also have complimentary drinks in the waiting area. castle dental needs to take a lesson from them.

I recomend this office, there are two girls in the front the blond girl is very nice and very sweet, the other is not so proffecional she always yells (i got this) but she clearly doesnt because she messed up my appoiment gladly the blond girl fixed everything for me regarding insurance. also the office manager can be a little rude and loud but she can also be sweet and very helpfull. once i got to the back my over all experience was awesome the little short girl with a very pretty smile was so great she made my whole dental experience awesome with her happy additude, i loved her, the dentist was great she was friendly and very efficient. my advice for this office is hire more girls like the short girl in the back her smile brightens the whole office great vibe from her.

I love the dentist and the staff they were so nice and sweet I really loved it. I really would recommend anybody to come here my first experience was really great and I'm so looking forward for my second visit.

I was designated by my insurance to go here and when I got there the lady behind the desk was horrible and refused to even offer to schedule me. Another tried to see if she could help but this woman told her "I got this." and kept treating me like crap. Unless you're like me and have an HMO plan, I'd reccomend going somewhere that doesn't have a selective receptionist.
