There is an incredible sense of wisdom and profecionality that I just don't get with my regular dentist. I came in because I needed a root canal and I was nervous to say the least. The staff was able to help me almost immediately and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I'm not wealthy so working with their financial advisor was a must and thankfully it was almost as easy and painless as the root canal itself. I'll be able to celebrate the holidays with great care and zero worries thanks to Dr. P and his wonderful staff. I'm considering switching dentist after only one visit. What a phenomenal dental clinic.

Doctor Poindexter is an awesome Master of Dentistry. He is very patient with my family and took great care of us.His outstanding team makes you feel right at home away from home. Dr. Poindexter and his staff are so professional and I made me feel comfortable to continue my dental work. We set up a treatment plan and there payments are flexible aswell. My baby niece also comes here for her braces and loves Barry and Andrina that says a lot for a 10 year old to come and not be scared. While I found Dr Pointdexter and his assistants to be professional, I have had one major problem with almost every visit until, after at least 2 times of this happening, me and my husband had to stop going. The problem we had on several occasions had to do with insurance and payments. We were told insurance would pay for this and that, and then 6 months later we received an enormous bill. When we called to inquire, apparently insurance did not pay for it. That happened to us twice. And a third time, we were overcharged and had to go back and have them fix charges.

I have finally found the perfect dentist for me and my family's dental needs!!! Dr. Pointdexter's office was a relaxed and professional environment. The knowledge of the entire staff made my experience a less tense one and alleviated several of my worries. I was unaware that he covered so many procedures. In the future, this will definately be the dentist to take care of all of my family's dental needs.
