On Monday, the 19th of January, my husband was brought into the Emergency Center by his close friend. I asked him to take him in so that we could get him Tamiflu as I thought he had a severe case of the flu. The staff with Dr Belay and RN Helen determined by a flu test that he did not have the flu but it appeared to be something more serious. They performed a few tests and sensed he had meningitis and started him on intravenous antiobotics. I thought maybe they were being extreme but their quick action and medical knowledge/experience diagnosed correctly my husband's condition. They worked hard to get him into a hospital for proper long term treatment. It is critical to get meningitis patients started on an antioboitic to combat the infection and they did an amazing job of caring for my husband. Thank you staff of Katy Emergency Center! Cindy

I am a cancer patient, I had to visit Katy Emergency Center because of weakness and nausea I was experiencing. NEVER in my life I was treated so well by a medical team. Dr. Rosines has better empathy, better knowledge and better bed side manner I would expect from a family physician. He was Patient and thorough and looks at things from many different perspectives. Shows me choices I never knew existed. The great MD anderson ER was not treating me as well as this guys. The facility is brand new, all the equipment is brand new, The place is very clean, I didn't had to wait long to get in, and everybody in that clinic were there to help me to feel better....nothing less then VIP service that I have never experienced before. Thank you Katy Emergency Center for everything, This is the only ER I will use even though I live 20 miles away. Thank you!!

This place is a scam. I went in for less than 1 hour. My insurance was billed for $1900, $1200 from the Katy Emergency Clinic and $900 from Rice Emergency Physicians. This place is completely unethical and are over billing insurance companies. This is why our health care cost are on the rise because of scam artists like this place

I actually did wait at Hermann Katy for over 2 hours before pulling out the Ipad and looking for alternatives. I noticed that there is another emergency room right across the highway at the new Katy Ranch Crossing center. Left immediately and headed over to Katy Emergency Center where they literally will bring you instantly into a room. You are seen by one of their doctors within 5 minutes and at least from what I can tell you get same or better care than hospital ER. (and flat screen TVs in your room!) Having waited at Texas Children's down on I10 and Barker 3 hours last time with my child who needed stitches last year, I know I will not have to make that mistake again either. Thank you guys for coming to Katy, you are a true luxury for our community.

Went in due to chest congestion, aches, typical cold / flu like symptoms. My normal Doctor could not get me in for a couple of days, couldn't take it anymore. Showed up at their front office and I was treated extremely great from the start. Front office to back office the staff was very professional! Thank you Lisa and Doctor Luna-Gonzales for taking care of me!
