Walmart Supercenter

I avoid this location like the plague. The employees here know nothing about the word customer service. The store itself is a disaster. It resembles the aftermath of a tornado. Items are hard to find due to lack of organization for both the items on sale and the isles themselves-the order makes no sense. The bathrooms are always understocked and dirty....I only used them because I have kidney problems and can't hold it. Let's just say I didn't touch anything. The sad part is that this location is closer, but I'd rather drive to the bourgeois side of town just to have a clean store and non ghetto customer service. Btw, I thought we lived in Katy??......
auto service is a disaster. waiting time 3hrs, they make you purchase a guarantee and it is never granted. I went for a tire replacement that I purchased a guarantee less that a year, it was not granted. I purchased a new tire, the "technician" couldn't place back the spear tire, because he didn't know how to do it in a Mazda MPV. He tried but damaged the wire of course it is never their fault, he and his manager didn't accept the responsibility. Overall service at that Walmart is very poor. They have 23 registers but only two are always open. Big lines to pay. People think that the prices are low, but you can find better prices in other places. If you want grocery, go to a grocery store, if you want clothes go to a mall. Unless you like to buy your underwear mixed with your bread and milk.
Writing this review from within Walmart while waiting for site to store pickup. It is taking them 20 min to get one order from inside. Very inefficient service specially when done by assistant manager - Eugene.
This location is generally clean, organized and well stocked. However, there have been a handful of times when the lines at the registers were very long and it was obvious that there were no managers around to assess and direct the situation. For instance, last night there were only TWO registers open and I waited in line for 25 minutes! I am generally a patient person but that was really pushing it. When I asked my cashier if this was "busier than normal", she looked at the long line and shrugged saying "it's about average." Additionally, this one is not stocked with as many organic/healthy brands as other locations, which is important to me.
No offense but they need a receptionist that's fluent in English.
