Dr, Chung and his staff offer a pleasurable experience in dentistry. I never thought I would ever say that. From scheduling to billing they are very efficient. I hardly know what their waiting room looks like because after checked in you are quickly called to a comfortable clean room with a great staff to take care of you. I would definitely recommend Serenity Dental for all your dental needs.

I really Liked their clinic and work performed by the Doctor and his staff. Unfortunately, his front desk staff does not answer the phone. I tried canceling my appointment via phone, voicemail and email. The staff called me back after several hours when it was time for my appointment to let me know they would be charging me a fee for a no show!!! So sad that a great practice is ruined by terrible administrative people. On top of that they were solo rude when talking to me.

I have been going to Dr. Chung for the last 4 years and he is fantastic. The office is always accommodating with scheduling an appointment. It's very clean, modern and has all the amenities. I have 3 children, a handicap brother and other relatives that all go to Dr. Chung - service and overall experience is exceptional. They are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and take their time with you as a patient. Would highly recommend!

All of the staff was very friendly. the doctor seemed to care about his patients and was very comforting. I especially liked having a TV in the room so the patient can be watching a movie to keep their mind off of what the doctor is doing in their mouth. It was very relaxing and I have to say it was one of the best visits I have had at a dentists office. I will definitely recommended this doctor to other people.

A Dental office that I will recommend to anyone. They are so great with kids and with their patients. My kids are looking forward for their next dental appointment which is unusual and unheard off. All the staff is very friendly helpful and hard working. Dr. Chung is a very good Doctor and I already recommended him to a few friends of mine. I have them in mind when anyone asks me if I know a good dental office. To all the Serenity Dental staff, keep up the good work. You guys are awesome :):)
